I have known Robert Molett since he listed my mother’s house years ago. Since then he found me a condo to purchase and one to sell at a very good return. Robert is a professional and a personable real estate agent. He will always do the right thing for his clients and never give up until the process is completed to their liking. Robert is very knowledgable and extremely dedicated to his profession and his clients. He knows the market and listings before they are actually posted and is always “ahead of the game.” I’m quite sure he sleeps with his phone and computer. When he sleeps! Robert is a consummate real estate agent. The process of buying and selling produced great anxiety for me but Robert was able to keep me at ease and laughing during the entire buying, remodeling and selling processes, which were exhausting at times. He would say to me “Now calm down Judith, take a deep breath or a shot of tequila.” Robert was always right there on top of everything, every step of the way. He didn’t stop until he found just the right property at the right price. He was always available for a call, if not, he sent a text immediately to let me know that he would call me back. Robert is extremely well organized. Not a day went by through my buying and selling processes that he didn't call or send a reply. And he called every day with updates, texts and email documents. In order that I didn’t miss an important email document somewhere imbedded in 1800 others, Robert would send a text to let me know to look for his email. He always anticipated what might be and everything was done ahead of time. Robert made sure that I had a good property, a good appraiser and loan, title and escrow companies. What more could you expect? Lots more from Robert Molett. Finding a home in this hot seller's market is already difficult, but looking for one in a different city can be impossible. Robert helped me buy an investment condo in Palm Desert. He researched and visited multiple condos even when I could not make the 2 hour drive. Robert even helped me with remodeling estimates and found a reasonable contractor in the area. He even met with the contractor many times so that the condo would be ready for move in. Robert definitely goes beyond the “agent” to make sure his clients are happy! He is so dedicated to helping clients that he would set you up with an agent in another part of the country and have his company move you with no financial benefit to him. But he’ll do anything for pancakes. Bottom line is, Robert Molett is absolutely the best agent I have dealt with in my years of purchasing and selling my homes in Southern California.
